DELIVERY
CASA RUGS delivers new rugs to you with DHL courier (Door-to-Door), as we want to give the best experience for customers. We’ve got packaging down to a fine art, and all rugs are sent fully insured.
DHL Economy delivery is FREE of charge on all EU orders, however for DHL Express delivery is priced when selected manually in shopping Cart. You will also receive the tracking information so that you can monitor progress.
Delivery times vary for DHL Economy between 3-20 days and for DHL Express between 1-7 days, depending on destination country. For international orders all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We are sure that you will be delighted with our product, however, should you wish to return it you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. We will refund you in full to the origin payment method used for purchase this must be done for security reasons.
Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition (not used, not dirty, not washed, not damaged, etc.) and in its original packaging, otherwise no refund will be issued. All return costs will be borne by the buyer.
To return any item please fill in the RETURN FORM (www.casarugs.eu/return-form) and share it with us by emailing at support@casarugs.eu within 14 days after received the order.
IMPORTANT
Please include your name or order number on the outside of the packaging to enable us to identify and refund your order.

PLEASE NOTE
- Custom Made or Made-to-Order or Sale rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We cannot refund upgraded delivery service payments (DHL Express delivery).
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your order, please follow our normal returns procedure above. Once we have received your RETURN FORM, we will email you to confirm about new item(s) you have selected. Then we can agree for settlement between product exchange. However, before we ship out new product(s), we must first receive the Returned item(s).
